In this immersive and dynamic development programme, complemented by our technology to gamify the learning, we explore the results-driven mindset and examine the creative thinking strategies and behaviours that drive effective problem-solving.
Focusing on diversity and the impact of groupthink we’ll look at problem-solving within teams, using De Bono’s theories as a framework for understanding thinking styles and how leveraging different personalities and perspectives can help create more rounded and robust solutions.
