Stress-Less Programme

A highly interactive and experiential half-day programme designed to empower individuals with the essential skills to manage stress and boost performance.

Stress and poor mental health are some of the most common causes of long-term absence from work, with 12.5 million working days lost through work-related stress, depression or anxiety in 2016/17 alone. Our Stress Less programme begins with a facilitated session that helps participants get to grips with why stress management is important for personal well-being and enhanced performance levels. They will learn the signs and symptoms of different levels of stress and map themselves on our ‘Human Performance Curve.’

Once teams have got to grips with the underlying theories of stress they will embark on our interactive game ‘Five Ways to Stress Less’ combining immersive photo and video challenges with image recognition technology. This interactive game will allow participants to explore the science of wellbeing and ways to manage their own stress levels in everyday life.

Re-energised after a well-deserved break, the focus will shift to the practical application and participants will create a stress-busting action plan for their personal stressors. Outlining future commitments to manage stress will make principles learned throughout the day relevant and meaningful.
