Home Farm Glamping Partnership

  • Event Location: Home Farm Glamping Partnership
  • Event Theme: Partnership

When Wildgoose heard that Jess Gibbs, a lawyer escaping the rat-race to start a commutable adults glamping site, we just couldn’t resist the chance to be involved! The Gibbs family have farmed in Elstree for over 300 years. Keen to escape the chaos of the City Jess returned home to help run the farm with her father and to develop Home Farm Glamping.

Jess wanted her glamp experience to stand out from the rest, not only through the quality of service and unique sleeping arrangements but also by including locally sourced, quality food and great entertainment. Wildgoose provided her with a perfect entertainment solution where guests could explore the Home Farm site, whilst taking part in fun challenges delivered through our unique app and played on their very own smartphones.

Jess wanted to create an activity for her guests, particularly those who would be visiting the farm as part of a corporate event, to entertain them whilst they were staying.  Something unique, that would allow them to see the whole site, encourage them to work together and to incorporate a few fun surprises along the way! We were briefed to keep it competitive, fun and easy to use… This is what we do best and with a few ideas up our sleeves, soon got to work on creating, designing and preparing this bespoke challenge.

We have created a fantastic, fun-filled challenge to Jess’s brief available for her guests to download onto their smartphones at the glamp site. The challenge has been designed to ensure that guests would split into teams to add a competitive element; visit specific, pre-determined locations at the site and to unlock tasks, photo and video challenges along the way. All the photos and videos taken during the game are made available for the guests to check out after the event.

A unique, fun team experience providing Jess with an entertainment option for guests. An event that we hosted in 2015 even attracted a great article in the Evening Standard.
