Support Tickets

Our Zendesk Support Ticket system is working really well across our global community and our support team continue to strive to respond to support tickets in a timely manner.  We’re really keen to encourage you all to use this platform when it comes to asking questions, reporting issues and making suggestions as it helps us centralise all your questions and ideas.

However, please remember that you need to raise new tickets for new requests.  Some users are simply adding new questions to old tickets which makes it difficult to monitor and respond so if you have a new question, issue or idea please just start a new ticket and this will help us to help you more efficiently.
