Which is why our team activities are designed to get people up on their feet and moving around! Did you know, the average person does 6,000 steps when taking on one of our challenges? That’s just 4,000 less than the government recommended 10,000 steps a day.
When managers encourage their staff to get active, they’re showing a commitment to their employees’ health, well-being and happiness, and the benefits speak for themselves. On average, an active workforce take 27% less sick days, with active lifestyles helping to significantly reduce the effects of stress on our mental health!
