A highly interactive and experiential half-day programme designed to equip individuals with the tools needed to become an inclusive leader and inspire behavioural and cultural change.
The ever-changing environment and a continued focus on diversity and inclusion within industry means that there is a need now, more than ever before, for leaders to embrace diversity and become more inclusive. By developing the traits that make leaders more inclusive, teams stand to benefit from greater creativity, idea sharing and innovative problem solving – with individuals drawing from their own personal experiences and diverse backgrounds. When individuals from all walks of life come together – they are greater than the sum of their parts, with broad skill sets, diverse outlooks on problems and are more collaborative as a result.
Our Diversity & Inclusion programme is designed to challenge people’s perceptions of what it means to be a diverse and inclusive leader. Through a combination of our award winning technology and expert facilitation, participants will explore what it means to be truly diverse and inclusive in a safe, supportive space.
Based on Deloitte’s 6 principles of inclusive leadership, teams will complete tasks and challenges that force them to explore each of these elements, before coming together with our team for a facilitated session that solidifies their learning and sparks behavioural change.
