KP Snacks – home to some of the most iconic British snack brands, were seeking an interactive team building challenge to encourage their development team to collaborate, connect and communicate in order to ‘achieve together.’
GlaxoSmithKline is the sixth largest pharmaceutical company in the world. Based in Brentford, London this British business were seeking a fun and interactive team building event to help motivate and bring together their auditing department.
Orbit Group is a group of housing associations that provide affordable homes to over 33,000 households in England, East Anglia and the South East. We worked with them to provide an engaging and interactive event to form part of a Learning and Development day designed to help improve communications between their IT and Project Management departments.
As part of a fundraising event for the Make Some Noise charity, we worked with Global Radio to create a mass participation activity aptly named ‘Big-App Venture.’

The Mobile Communications team recently moved office location from Hammersmith, London to a business park located in Chiswick. With over 100 employees, they were seeking a fun and immersive event to help the team get to know their new office location. Wildgoose were called upon to support them in providing a solution to facilitate the orientation process.
With an extensive brand portfolio, AccorHotels are a global leader with ambitions to become the world’s benchmark hospitality player. The opening of their flagship Novotel, Canary Wharf hotel, scheduled for November 2016, meant that they were seeking a new and talented group of hospitality professionals. Hosting a recruitment day, split into three sessions, they called upon the services of Wildgoose to support them in providing a solution to facilitate the recruitment process.
W.IN.E (Women In Events) are an organisation where women within the events industry are able to meet and network with each other. We were asked to host their networking event within New York City which collaborated with their partners which saw a unique event.

Vodafone Group plc is the world’s second-largest multinational mobile telecommunications company. Vodafone owns and operates networks in over 30 countries and has partner networks in over 40 additional countries. Wildgoose were engaged to run an event for Vodafone’s graduates which would encourage them to work as a team and to develop their knowledge of Vodafone’s history and key landmark events.
Lyreco are the European leader in the distribution of office supplies and solutions for businesses. As part of their annual Sales Conference at the Arena and Convention Centre, Wildgoose were engaged to help drive footfall to key suppliers’ stands in the exhibition hall in order to give the 600 sales staff in attendance the chance to meet them, understand the products in more detail and build their knowledge.
Robus – an independent insurance management, fiduciary and financial advisory group – approached Wildgoose to provide the team building element to their annual away day at Twickenham Stadium in 2015, where they were holding their annual team away day. Lime Venue Portfolio, who manage a collection of unusual, sporting and cultural venues throughout the UK and Ireland, hosted a reception and networking event at Dartmouth House on the evening prior to the launch of the show. This was an opportunity for Lime Venue Portfolio to showcase one of their flagship venues to potential clients whilst also using the services of their suppliers – of which Wildgoose is one – to help make the event memorable, fun, engaging and provide guests with the opportunity to network.
Shop Direct is the UK and Ireland’s leading multi-brand digital retailer, which includes brands Very, Littlewoods.com, K & Co and Isme. Wildgoose produced a totally unique indoor challenge for their Christmas retail conference at the impressive Titanic Hotel in Liverpool for 400 participants. Every single element of the challenge was personalised, based around Shop Directs key values: Proud, Customer, Innovative, Together, Trusted and Ambitious.
Toyota are a leading car manufacturer and pioneers of the hybrid car concept. They were aiming to dispel the myths and reveal the truths and beenfits of it’s hybrid range. Having targeted and selected an audience – Mumnetters and Bloggers – Toyota planned for this select group to experience driving their vehicles and tasked Wildgoose with bringing a test drive event to life, by creating a location-based game using our unique GPS app technology.
Matalan are known primarily as an ‘out of town’ retailer however, in 2015 the development of the retail giant’s business model included stores on some of the UKs busiest high streets. With this type of growth comes new business challenges, in particular for Store Management. Wildgoose were engaged to deliver an event designed to familiarise the store management team with a new area and help prepare them for the unique challenges and different customer demographics than those previously experienced in out of town locations.
Glasgow Caledonian University (GCU) is a public university in Glasgow, Scotland. With a history traceable to 1875, the University was formally instituted in 1993 by an Act of Parliament that created Glasgow’s third university, and what would become one of Scotland’s largest universities. GCU invited Wildgoose Scotland to support its Staff Health & Wellbeing Week by providing a city centre, sports-themed interactive team event.

With a Production Plant and Technical / Sales Office centrally located in the Leeds area, Calderys UK Ltd supply timely solutions and support based on monolithic and precast refractory materials throughout the UK. After a successful Wildgoose Scotland City Explorer event in Edinburgh in December 2014 for the Calderys senior team, we were approached again to support their annual sales and marketing conference that was held in Lisbon in January 2015.
