Teams will be briefed by one of our remote hosts then break off into smaller groups (and breakout rooms) to ensure maximum engagement. Our expert hosts will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun virtual wrap-up at the end of the activity.

We’ve developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a ‘Captain’ or ‘Player’ role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once the game has been loaded, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and participate.

Each of our virtual team activities last up to 60 minutes.

The best online team building activities improve cohesion, communication and collaboration while staying fun and engaging. It’s important that in any virtual event, your team actually has fun! We recommend 4-6 people per team for our virtual activities.

We prefer to use Zoom but we can work with other platforms.
