What is a self-managed team building activity?
Self-managed team building activities are low-cost team events that participants can run themselves. They do not include a professional event host, so a team member, usually one nominated person in the group, will organise and guide the activity. They can be played online or in person. Self-managed team building activities are also known as DIY team building activities or self-hosted team events.
