In Person team building activities & events

All activities are run via mobile devices, so everyone can participate easily - no specialist equipment required.

In the US, most of our activities are $15 per person and GPS scavenger hunts are $20 per person. A Remote Host adds $300 for any format, and an Onsite Host at an in-person event is $750 with a $2,000 minimum spend. Short games like Invigorate and Office Games include the host, with a $300 minimum spend. So a GPS hunt for 50 people with a Remote Host comes to $1,300, or $26 per person, and for 200 people it’s $4,300, or $21.50 per person. Prices exclude tax, and every activity’s page has a live price calculator for your group size.

Our hybrid events are designed so in-person and remote participants can participate in the same shared experience. We help you choose the right format, then tailor the delivery so everyone can join smoothly from wherever they are.

Rain forecast? We’ve got you. Our weatherproof guarantee means we can swap your outdoor activity for Level Up (our most popular indoor activity) with as little as 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Our weatherproof guarantee can be applied whenever the weather isn’t optimal - too hot? too windy? It’s no problem, just reach out to your event manager. If you get caught in unexpected rain on the day of the event, your remote host can unlock a series of indoor tasks for teams to complete in a coffee shop, bar or back at the venue.

We recommend 4-6 participants per team to ensure maximum engagement for everyone.

Activities run in English as standard, and we also deliver events in German, French, and Dutch. For other languages or multilingual international teams, contact us — custom content and multi-city events can be tailored to your group.

We typically offer activities ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. This time usually includes a pre-activity briefing and a wrap-up presentation to share those all-important results and celebrate the team.

Many of our experiences can be booked with as little as 24 hours’ notice, although more lead time gives you the widest choice of formats, dates, and support options. If you are working to a tight deadline, get in touch and we will advise on the best fit.

That is absolutely fine. You can lock in a date first and finalise the finer details, such as exact numbers, format, and timing, closer to the event with our team.

That’s okay! We recommend booking for your minimum numbers. This locks in your preferred date and time without needing an exact headcount. You’ll then receive your joining instructions to share internally, and once you have a better idea of final numbers, you can increase them up to 48 hours before the event. Please note that numbers can’t be reduced once you’ve booked, and some events have a minimum number commitment.

Our virtual activities are run completely online, making them perfect for teams that work remotely. Our expert team sets up a video link (and any breakout rooms needed) for your whole team to join. From there, your remote host will introduce the activity, provide support throughout and deliver a great wrap-up presentation at the end. Zoom calls and breakout rooms might sound complicated, but our team handles everything to ensure it all runs smoothly - and we’ve delivered thousands of virtual events.

There is no fixed minimum — activities work for small teams of just a few people up to large events with hundreds of participants. Teams of 4–6 participants work best within an activity, so even a single small team can play. For very small groups, self-managed events are usually the most cost-effective option.

Pricing usually includes the activity itself, access to the platform or materials needed to run it, and delivery support based on the event type you choose. Any optional extras or facilitation upgrades are made clear before you book.

All our activities can start and end anywhere you choose - whether that’s a venue you’ve pre-booked, a local bar or restaurant, or even your office. The choice is totally yours.

We have a team of experienced hosts who join either in person or via video link to warm up the room, guide the activity, and deliver a high-energy wrap-up presentation. This ensures a smooth, stress-free, and fun experience for all participants.
