Yes! We can set you up with a partner portal free of charge in order for you to test it with your clients. If you would like a trial event with your staff then we’d be very happy to arrange this for you.

Not to worry! You'll have access to our range of virtual and hybrid activities as well as our indoor and outdoor games so there's plenty of fun for your clients to choose from (over 21 themes in fact!)

Full online support and a dedicated phone number will be provided for any issues or questions on the day. Clients can also book a remote facilitator to deliver their event via video link for extra peace of mind.

The client will have our contact details at every stage of the way to contact us if they have any questions during the sales and delivery process. This is designed to divert all questions away from you.

Yes, if the client books directly on your partner portal then they will have our contact details for support. Alternatively, if you have booked on their behalf then clients will be able to come to you and you will be able to liaise directly with our support team.

For virtual and hybrid team activities, we can accommodate up to 250 people per session. For in-person activities, we can accommodate up to 500 people per session. For groups larger than this, please get in touch with us using the Support email above and we'd be happy to help!

We work with a leading Payment Services Provider (PSP) called Stripe to enable secure and efficient credit and debit card payments online.

Unfortunately not. If you do not wish to share the Wildgoose name with your client then please book the event on their behalf and we will liaise with you directly about their booking.

No - what they pay through the portal is the extent of the charges. They will have the opportunity to upgrade certain features at a later date (e.g. support levels) but those will be purely optional.
