The best way to celebrate Christmas with your coworkers is to arrange a team building activity, event or party. We would also recommend some office games! It’s the perfect time to get together, especially during winter when seasonal depression can start to affect your team. A Christmas activity can lift spirits and create some festive cheer before the holidays.
You could take on our Christmas trivia challenge, explore with our Christmas-themed scavenger hunt or go on a festive exploration of the best pubs in our Festive Explorer. Depending on where your office is, you could also check out the local Christmas lights, march with a Christmas sleigh or even do some carol singing. There are bound to be some local Christmas markets nearby too. There are endless ways to enjoy Christmas with your team, but it’s crucial that you do something together!
Teams will be briefed by one of our Remote Hosts, then break off into smaller groups to ensure maximum engagement during your Christmas team building activity. Our expert Remote Host will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun wrap-up at the end.
Our virtual Christmas team building activities are designed to last for a total of 90 minutes. This includes a 15-minute briefing, 60 minutes of gameplay and a 15-minute wrap-up.
Our in-person Christmas team building activities are designed to last for a total of 120 minutes. This includes a 15-minute briefing, 90 minutes of gameplay and a 15-minute wrap-up. This gives teams plenty of time to connect and bond while working together to complete exciting challenges and break the ice.
Each participant just needs a laptop with Zoom or Teams, or a smartphone or tablet with our Mobile Adventures app. No iPad rentals or hired kit are required.
It’s best to plan early, as November and December 2026 dates sell out fast. But if plans fall through, we can also step in at the last minute and deliver an event with just 24 hours’ notice.
