Do Wildgoose provide smartphones and laptops?
No, the beauty of our remote solutions is that they can be run from your own smart devices and home computers.
How long does each survival activity last?
Our survival activities last between 60-90 minutes.
What should I expect on the day?
Teams will be briefed by one of our Remote Hosts then break off into smaller groups (and breakout rooms) to ensure maximum engagement. Our expert hosts will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun virtual wrap-up at the end of the activity.
How does a survival activity work?
Your Remote Host will set the scene, providing a detailed briefing on how participants found themselves in such peril! Teams start with a number of life points and a list of items to find that will assist them in surviving their surroundings. Using their own smartphone device, teams will have to work through a map that presents various challenges and tasks that will ultimately unlock the items needed. Depending on the delivery format selected, teams will do this virtually or on foot to different GPS locations. The aim of the game is to keep your life points in the positive zone as you work together to unlock the items you need to repair your vehicle for the journey home, all before you run out of time!
What devices do I need?
Our survival team activities can be played on your smartphone (iOS or Android) or your tablet.
Will this provide social interaction?
Yes! All of our activities have been created with social interaction as a priority. Each challenge will encourage teams to spark conversation, work together, have lots of fun and get social. We’ve developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a ‘Captain’ or ‘Player’ role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once you have been briefed by your Remote Host and everyone has joined the game, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and take part.
