Virtual Christmas activities

Nine of our Christmas activities run over Zoom, Teams, Google Meet or any video call. Everyone plays on their own device and there’s one shared scoreboard.

• Escape: Festive Edition: five Christmas rooms of riddles and codes. 45 minutes, from 5 players. £12 per person with the host included (£240 minimum).
• Murder on the Slopes: a ski-resort murder mystery where teams question suspects and crack the case. 90 minutes, from 5 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• Trivia Challenge: Festive Edition: a Christmas quiz of trivia and brain teasers. 45 minutes, from 8 players. £12 per person, host included (£240 minimum).
• Virtual Scavenger Hunt: Festive Edition: Christmas challenges and team games that people play from wherever they are. 45 minutes, from 8 players. £12 per person, host included (£240 minimum).
• Team Quiz: Christmas Social: Christmas trivia and creative challenges, built as a virtual Christmas party. 75 minutes, from 8 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• The Winter Games: winter-themed challenges and friendly competition. 60 or 90 minutes, from 8 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• Festive Around the World: a trip across 18 countries celebrating the festivals people mark all over the world, from Diwali and Lunar New Year to Hogmanay and Christmas, with challenges, trivia and team games. It’s built for global teams who celebrate in different ways. 60 or 90 minutes, from 8 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• Escape: Arctic Survival: a frozen-wilderness escape where teams hunt for supplies and solve their way to safety. 60 or 90 minutes, from 5 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• The Insiders: Virtual Edition: a hidden-identity game where one secretly briefed team works against everyone else. 90 minutes, from 12 players. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.

Hybrid Christmas activities

All of them except The Insiders also run hybrid, for up to 300 people. Office and remote players each use their own screen and score on the same leaderboard, so nobody’s watching a room they’re not in.

In-person Christmas activities in your office

• Office Games Festive Edition: Christmas challenges designed for a normal office, so there’s no venue to hire and no kit to bring. 45 minutes, for 8 to 500 people. £12 per person, host included (£240 minimum).
• Escape: Festive Edition: the same five rooms, played in teams around the office. 45 minutes, for up to 500 people.
• The Winter Games: 60 or 90 minutes, for up to 750 people. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.
• Escape: Arctic Survival: the same frozen-wilderness escape, played on phones around the office. 60 or 90 minutes. £12 per person plus a £250 Remote Host fee.

In the office, the host briefs your team remotely over video at the same price as online, or an Onsite Host can run any of these in the room with you. An Onsite Host is £750, with a £1,500 minimum spend for onsite-hosted bookings. If you want the same thing outside December, our office games run in the office all year round.

At the Christmas dinner

Level Up: Dinner Edition runs at the table between courses, with trivia, puzzles and photo and video challenges, so nobody has to leave their seat. It’s two hours long, with one team of 4 to 8 per table, and it’s always run by an Onsite Host. It’s £15 per person plus £750 for the host, with a £1,500 minimum spend, which works out at £41 per person for an average team.

Outdoor Christmas activity

Festive Explorer is a GPS Christmas treasure hunt around any town or city centre, with or without pub stops. It’s two hours long, for 8 to 750 people, and it averages £22 per person with a £250 Remote Host. You can have an Onsite Host run it with you on the day for £750 instead (onsite-hosted bookings have a £1,500 minimum spend), or run it yourselves with no host fee.

Christmas team building events in London

We run Christmas team building across London for groups of 8 to 750. Festive Explorer turns the streets you pick into the venue, from Soho to London Bridge, with pub stops if you want them. Office Games Festive Edition and Escape: Festive Edition run inside your own office, so there’s no venue to hire. A host can brief you remotely at the online price, or an Onsite Host can run it in the room with you. An Onsite Host is £750, with a £1,500 minimum spend for onsite-hosted bookings.

Planning a Christmas team event

How much does Christmas team building cost?

Our Christmas activities start from £12 per person. Escape: Festive Edition, Trivia Challenge: Festive Edition, the Virtual Scavenger Hunt and Office Games Festive Edition include the host, with a £240 minimum spend. Murder on the Slopes, The Winter Games, Festive Around the World and Team Quiz: Christmas Social add a £250 Remote Host fee. Festive Explorer averages £22 per person with a £250 Remote Host, and the host is optional. Run it yourselves, or have an Onsite Host with you. For other in-person events you can also have an Onsite Host there instead of a Remote Host. An Onsite Host is £750, with a £1,500 minimum spend for onsite-hosted bookings. For a team of 20, that’s £240 for the 45-minute escape room or £490 for 90 minutes of The Winter Games with a Remote Host. Working to a tight budget? How long does it last?

Anything from 45 minutes to two hours, so it doesn’t have to take the whole afternoon. The escape room, trivia, virtual scavenger hunt and office games take 45 minutes, Christmas Social takes 75, The Winter Games and Festive Around the World take 60 or 90, Murder on the Slopes takes 90 and Festive Explorer takes two hours. The short ones fit a long lunch or the last slot before the party starts.

How many people can take part?

Escape: Festive Edition, Escape: Arctic Survival and Murder on the Slopes start at 5 players, The Insiders: Virtual Edition starts at 12, and the rest start at 8. There’s room for up to 300 online or hybrid and up to 750 in person (500 for Office Games and the in-person escape room). Bigger groups split into teams of 4 to 6, all on one leaderboard. Level Up: Dinner Edition starts at 4, with one team of 4 to 8 per table.

When to book for Christmas 2026

December diaries fill fast. Last year our three busiest days were Wednesday 17 to Friday 19 December, with 117 team events between them. Most teams book between late September and mid-November, and the popular Thursday and Friday slots in the fortnight before Christmas go first. Virtual events are the most flexible, and some can be booked with as little as 24 hours’ notice. If you want a hosted in-person event on a specific date, earlier is better.
