Level Up: Dinner Edition is a 2-hour team building activity designed for company dinners. It mixes trivia, puzzles, and photo and video challenges that teams complete at the table, between courses.
Company dinners are a great way to bring people together. But conversation often stays with whoever you happen to be sat next to. A dinner quiz helps. Level Up: Dinner Edition goes further.
Each table becomes a team. Teams use their phones to work through nine levels of challenges across five categories: Cerebral, Creative, Observation, Pot Luck and Physical. One moment it’s riddles and city anagrams. The next it’s napkin origami, recreating a famous painting with whatever’s on the table, or presenting an award made from cutlery.
Nobody needs to get up, and nobody misses a course. The activity runs across the whole meal, so the evening flows naturally and the food stays the focus. It’s ideal for evening team building, Christmas dinners, conference dinners and team celebrations.
The challenges get harder and the points get bigger as teams move up the levels. A live leaderboard keeps every table engaged from start to finish. A bonus tenth level is waiting for any team that makes it all the way through.
To finish, your Onsite Host shows the best photos and videos of the night back to the room and crowns the winning table.

Are the activities accessible for participants with disabilities?
Activities can be adapted to fit your team’s needs. Virtual and hybrid formats are playable from anywhere with a smartphone or video call, and in-person routes and challenges can be tailored for mobility requirements. Tell us about your group when booking and we’ll adapt the experience so everyone can take part.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
You can change your date, activity, or participant numbers up to 7 days before your event at no charge. If you need to cancel entirely or make changes within 7 days of your event, contact your event manager or email info@wearewildgoose.com and the team will talk you through your options.
Can the activities scale for different group sizes?
Yes! Activities work for small teams or large groups, and can be adapted to fit your event, whether indoors, outdoors, virtual, or hybrid.
How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout or when prompted while booking online. Once your account is set up, you can manage your event details, review booking information, and return later to make updates.
Do I have to use an app for my activity?
Yes, all of our activities are run using our award winning mobile app - Your Mobile Adventure. This allows us to deliver high quality team activities for teams of any size, anywhere in the world. The app is available on the app store (apple and android), and your event manager or remote host will share everything you need to get everyone in your team into the activity ready to start.
