Here's some useful tips on planning and playing your Mobile Adventure
Check out these top tips to make sure your teams are ready to play on the day
Team Size - If you’re taking part in a virtual event - teams will be allocated by your Event Manager at the start of your activity (unless you have selected to pre-allocate these). If you're taking part in an in-person event you will need to split your group into teams - we recommend 5 participants per team. Each participant will require a suitable iOS or Android mobile device - check our list of recommended devices here.
Loading the Mobile Adventures app - Please make sure all participants have pre-downloaded the Mobile Adventures app before your event start date and time. The app will prompt you for an access code which we distribute during your activity.
On the day - If you're taking part in a virtual event join the virtual briefing at your start time and we'll see you there!
In-Person Activity - If you're participating in an in-person activity make sure you turn on data and GPS, players will need data to see the live scoreboard updated in real time, and the location of the other teams on the map.
Managing the activity - As soon as your game has started, your event information page will be updated to provide you with some unique links. From here you can access the Live Scoreboard, Statistics and Game Presentation (if applicable) links to review the scores, see some stats from the game and download your photos and videos after the event.
