How do virtual team events work on the day?

Teams will be briefed by one of our remote hosts then break off into smaller groups (and breakout rooms) to ensure maximum engagement. Our expert hosts will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun virtual wrap up at the end of the activity.

We will provide you with a step by step instruction sheet, but setup is simple: download the Mobile Adventures app, scan the QR code we provide you with into the app and you're ready to go!

How do you make sure everyone gets involved on a virtual activity?

We've developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a 'Captain' or 'Player' role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once the game has been loaded, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and take part.

How does an online team-building event work?

Your team joins a video call on any platform (Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet all work), splits into small teams, and plays through our mobile app. Each team works together to complete challenges, answer questions, and score points in real time, with a live leaderboard keeping the competition fierce.
