Does the Annual Pass really include unlimited events?
Yes, you can book as many events as you wish using your Annual Pass! You must book these online through our website, and payment is via credit card.
What is my Return on Investment on the Annual Pass?
This depends on how much you use it but in essence, you will get your first 50 people on any event for free. Based on a booking of 50 people or more, you will save £600 + VAT on that booking. The cost of the Wildgoose Annual Pass is £1,000 + VAT so by booking two events of 50 people or more, you will start to see a saving.
Does the Annual Pass price include facilitation for events?
No. The price covers only up to 50 people participating each time. Facilitator cost will be added at point of booking each time.
Can I make changes to my bookings after making them?
Yes. You can log into your bookings and increase the number of participants and amend timings if you need to change. We will be notified instantly. You can change the date and time of your event up to 7 days prior without incurring any additional fees. Should you need to change your booking with less than 7 days to go, then you will need to pay the facilitator fees again for your new date.
Can I book the Wildgoose Annual Pass online?

Can the Annual Pass be used for resale?
No, this will be monitored by Wildgoose and may incur cancellation of your annual pass
Can we use the Wildgoose Annual Pass for client events as well?
Yes, you can use them for both internal staff events and client-facing events.
What is the maximum size of event that we can book with the Wildgoose Annual Pass?
This is currently limited to 250 people.
What happens once I have booked an event online using my Wildgoose Annual Pass?
Your event is automatically confirmed and you will receive all of the event information immediately so that you can start sharing it with your team. You’’ also receive a receipt for your booking.
