Yes, each player will need their own smartphone or tablet to download our app and join the activity, see our recommended list of devices here. By using individual devices, participants playing in-person events can maintain a safe distance from each other while still working as a team.

We will provide you with step-by-step instructions ahead of the day. Please ensure your device is fully charged and your location services are enabled before starting your activity. Simply download our Mobile Adventures app to your device and scan the QR code we provide you with using the app, and then you’re ready to begin! Our expert Remote Host will brief you and your team, then you’ll be off on your activity around your choice of location.

Our Remote Host will deliver a real-time briefing via video link to your team, you’ll then split off into your groups and play your chosen activity.

There is no minimum or maximum distance that players are required to walk during the activity. It’s down to each team and how they navigate their way around their chosen location. On average, players walk between 2-4 kilometres, however, our in-person activities do not require a peak fitness level to have fun!

We can make your activity happen just about anywhere! From Sydney to Stockholm, or Singapore to Seattle, the globe is your playground. We recommend choosing a location for your activity that suits your team best and is easy for everyone to meet at.

Teams will be briefed by one of our Remote Hosts then break off into smaller groups to ensure maximum engagement during your activity. Our expert Remote Host will be on standby throughout the activity to support teams, encourage communication and provide a fun wrap-up at the end of your activity.
