Q: How do I contact you to switch my event to an indoor activity?

If you'd like to switch your event to our indoor Level Up option, simply login into your Wildgoose account, find your event under the 'Your Orders' tab and click on the 'Contact Support' option! We'll get back to you within 24 hours to confirm. Please note: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice before an event to switch to our indoor option. Requests for our indoor option made within 24 hours of the event will not be covered by our Wet Weather Guarantee. Alternatively, read more about our 'Head Inside Tasks' option below.

Q: What are 'Head Inside Tasks'?

Due to the nature of our outdoor team activities, we unfortunately cannot replicate them in an indoor environment. However, there's no need to worry about the weather spoiling the fun! Should the 'heavens open' or if the weather changes during your event, our 'Head Inside Tasks' are indoor alternatives that can be completed in an indoor space of your choice. Your Remote Host can unlock these tasks at any point during the activity.
