Q: What events are covered with the Covid Guarantee?

All our booked virtual, hybrid and in-person events are covered.

Q: Can we play in-person activities while social distancing?

Yes! We've worked hard to ensure our activities are social distance ready and safe to play. Click here for more information on our socially distanced team building activities. Alternatively, take a look at our virtual or hybrid team building activities.

Q: Can I still make changes with less than 7 days before my event?

Yes, however any changes made within this period are not covered by our Covid Guarantee. You can make changes to your start time and date more than 7 days prior to your event without any charge, and your online event page is updated immediately. Should you need to change the date and time of your event (by more than 15 minutes) with less than 7 days to go, then you will need to pay the facilitator fees again. All changes are subject to availability.
