A 20-30 minute activity to help you and your team practice mindfulness and calm in the workplace.
This calming yet engaging activity will allow you and your co-workers to take a little time to yourselves during the work day. Mindfulness can be easily scheduled with your team at a convenient time. It's a fantastic tool to give your team a short break to check in with themselves whilst developing some healthy workplace habits.
Our Mindfulness activity is simple and easy to play, and does not require a host. Players will join together on a virtual meeting link and complete the tasks on their own smartphones via our interactive app. We recommend allowing 30 minutes for this activity.
How To Get Started
Simple Setup
Simply book your Bitesize activity online, choosing your preferred time and date. You can then share the event details with your team and arrange a virtual meeting (set up by you.) Make sure everyone has downloaded the Mobile Adventures app from the App or Play Store onto their phone or tablet, or updated the app to the latest version.
Get Ready To Play
Once everyone has joined your virtual meeting and is ready to play, watch the Tutorial Video to get started (found on your Manage Event page.) We suggest participants turn off their cameras and microphones while completing the tasks. Use this as an opportunity to give your team some well-deserved time to check in with themselves.
How can this event be delivered?

Our virtual team activities bring remote teams together. Individual players will join via a virtual conference call where a Remote Host will guide your team as you take on immersive virtual gameplay.
