In the face of the global Covid-19 pandemic, and with face-to-face social contact between co-workers suddenly a thing of the past, at Wildgoose we’ve worked tirelessly to reinvent and redevelop our entire offering, designing virtual experiences that truly expand the possibilities of what you can do from the comfort of your own home or the office.
A well-planned and well-executed team offsite can be just as effective when delivered online as in any of the exotic locations we’ve organized events in the past. These activities are much more than a break from work or a bit of ‘extracurricular’ fun – they are integral to maintaining a company’s unique culture, making employees feel valued and rewarded and keeping morale and motivation as high as possible. Our Team Offsite Activity
On our Team Offsite, the aim is simple: score as many points as possible before running out of time. Playing from any location (including home) on our app via their own devices, team members work together to solve a series of challenges and answer questions against the clock. This means that good communication, collaboration and a dose of healthy team spirit are the key to success – just like on a classic away day!
