Q: Do we need to download an app to play?

Yes, you need to download the Mobile Adventures app. By using an app we are able to build in a number of features to help enhance engagement (photo and video challenges, image recognition and augmented reality.) This means that players are not staring at their computer monitors for long periods of time, helping to reduce Zoom fatigue. The app content also helps to improve communication and teamwork because everyone can see the challenges but only the captain of each team can input the answers.

Q: How much does it cost?

You can generate an instant price by using the pricing calculator above. All of our activities are £12 + VAT pp plus £250 + VAT remote facilitation fee per 50 participants

Q: Can I change my event date and participant numbers post-purchase?

Once you have booked, we cannot offer refunds should your numbers decrease so our advice is always to book based on minimum numbers as you can always add additional participants to your booking up to 48 hours prior to your event. In addition, you can make changes to your start time and date more than 7 days prior to your event without any charge, and your online event page is updated immediately. Should you need to change the date and time of your event (by more than 15 minutes) with less than 7 days to go, then you will need to pay the facilitator fees again. All changes are subject to availability.

Q: Will this event provide social interaction?

Yes! All of our activities have been created with social interaction as a priority. Each challenge will encourage teams to spark conversation, work together, have lots of fun and get social - all virtually and from the safety and comfort of home. Using breakout room functionality which splits groups into small teams, we encourage participants to get social and collaborate in manageable sized groups. We've developed our technology to encourage teams to pick a 'Captain' or 'Player' role prompting them to communicate and agree on a team strategy. Once the game has been loaded, each challenge and task has been designed thoughtfully to encourage each individual to play a role and take part.

Support, planning and event management

The Exhibition Explorer is a Fully Managed event meaning that our dedicated and experienced team will work with you before the event, to help put together your game and can also recommend a suitable venue for the start and end of your event.

On the day, our event staff will be on hand to deliver an event briefing; offer guidance and support (but no clues!) and after the event to provide an eagerly anticipated wrap up presentation.
