All activities are run via mobile devices, so everyone can participate easily - no specialist equipment required.

We typically offer activities ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours. This time usually includes a pre-activity briefing and a wrap-up presentation to share those all-important results and celebrate the team.

Activities are priced per person — from £12 per participant in the UK, $15 in the US, and €12 in Germany, with GPS outdoor activities slightly higher. Optional extras include a remote host (+£250) or an Onsite host (+£750). Every activity page has a live price calculator that gives you an exact figure for your group size and format.

Many of our experiences can be booked with as little as 24 hours’ notice, although more lead time gives you the widest choice of formats, dates, and support options. If you are working to a tight deadline, get in touch and we will advise on the best fit.

Our hybrid events are designed so in-person and remote participants can participate in the same shared experience. We help you choose the right format, then tailor the delivery so everyone can join smoothly from wherever they are.

Our weatherproof guarantee means we can swap your outdoor activity for Level Up (our most popular indoor activity) with as little as 24 hours notice at no additional cost. Our weatherproof guarantee can be applied whenever the weather isn’t optimal - too hot? too windy? It’s no problem, just reach out to your event manager. If you get caught in unexpected rain on the day of the event, your remote host can unlock a series of indoor tasks for teams to complete in a coffee shop, bar or back at the venue.

Our virtual activities are run completely online, making them perfect for teams that work remotely. Our expert team sets up a video link (and any breakout rooms needed) for your whole team to join. From there, your remote host will introduce the activity, provide support throughout and deliver a great wrap-up presentation at the end. Zoom calls and breakout rooms might sound complicated, but our team handles everything to ensure it all runs smoothly - and we’ve delivered thousands of virtual events.

Depending on the team building activity, team sizes can vary from groups of 3-6 people to ensure maximum engagement for all participants.

There is no fixed minimum — activities work for small teams of just a few people up to large events with hundreds of participants. Teams of 3–6 players work best within an activity, so even a single small team can play. For very small groups, self-managed events are usually the most cost-effective option.

Activities run in English as standard, and we also deliver events in German, French, and Dutch. For other languages or multilingual international teams, contact us — custom content and multi-city events can be tailored to your group.

Pricing usually includes the activity itself, access to the platform or materials needed to run it, and delivery support based on the event type you choose. Any optional extras or facilitation upgrades are made clear before you book.
