Q: How do we get set up?

We will send step-by-step instructions before your event. Simply download the Mobile Adventures app, join via Zoom or Teams, and you are ready to go. No iPad rentals or extra kit required.

Q: What do we need to take part?

Each participant just needs a laptop with Zoom or Teams, plus a smartphone or tablet with our Mobile Adventures app. Everything runs on your own devices.

Q: How long does the Christmas Social last?

The standard session lasts 75 minutes, including an introduction, five festive rounds and a wrap-up to crown the winners. Timings can be adjusted to fit your Christmas 2025 schedule.

Q: Can hybrid teams play together?

Yes. Remote and in-person players can join seamlessly in the same Christmas Social session.

Q: How many people can take part?

We can host groups from 6 people up to 500+. Teams usually play in groups of 4–6 for the best experience.

Q: Can you run the Christmas Social at short notice?

Yes. Because we own the technology and do not rely on hired kit, we can deliver your event with as little as 24 hours’ notice.

A Remote Host will kickstart all virtual, hybrid and in-person activities with an upbeat briefing (15 mins approx), provide support throughout and announce scores and winning team at the end of your event in an entertaining finale!

We can accommodate up to 250 people per session for remote and hybrid events or up to 500 people for an in-person event. For larger groups, please get in touch!

Teams of 4-6

During the event, your group will be put into smaller teams of 4 - 6 participants. Teams will be competing against one another to encourage some healthy competition.
